PREAMBLE :

These general conditions of sale are concluded between the company GLAMOR HAIR PARIS and each customer.
By validating with a double click, the customer declares to accept unconditionally and without reserve the various terms and clauses of the said contract.

Article 1: THE PRODUCTS

All the products appearing on the site are exclusively from GLAMOR HAIR PARIS.
Each product appears with a detailed description.

Article 2: THE PRICE

All prices shown are in Euros.
GLAMOR HAIR PARIS reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time of validation of the order.

Article 3: THE ORDER

Orders are placed on the online store.
It is validated from the moment you enter your bank details and the customer then receives a confirmation message.
of GLAMOR HAIR PARIS reserves the right to refuse to honor an order for the following reasons: purchase made with fraudulent credit card.

Article 4: PAYMENT

Payment is made by credit card via a secure server which uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer). The information transmitted is encrypted by software and no third party can read it. The bank details are only known by the bank card holder.
The amount of your order is debited immediately, and only appears in our account 1-2 days after your purchase.
This time is therefore included in the order processing time.

ARTICLE 5: DELIVERY

The delivery is ensured by the POST and most by FEDEX AND DHL, independent providers.
Shipping times vary from 7 to 15 working days depending on the destination and the available stock.

Article 6: WITHDRAWAL PERIOD

You have 7 days to retract from the date of receipt without having to justify reasons or pay a penalty.
Cancellation requests are to be made by e-mail
Product returns are to be made in their original condition and complete, Uncut sail (packaging, accessories, labels, etc.) allowing their resale in new condition.

You will therefore be granted a credit, we do not make any refunds
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:
-Accessory products such as glues, adhesive tapes and caps.
-Custom orders whose execution has started, with the consent of the consumer.
-The models to make for you (tulle, coloring etc)
-Items purchased on promotion cannot be returned or refunded.

-Purchased items paid for in installments, can neither be taken back nor refunded.

Special case:

Exceptionally, if a manufacturing defect on the product ordered is proven, the consumer customer is requested to return the entire order within 7 days of receipt of the order in order to benefit from a credit note.

Article 7: GUARANTEES

All our products benefit from the legal guarantee provided for by articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code. In the event of non-compliance, it may be returned to the seller who will take it back, exchange it or reimburse it. All complaints, requests for exchange or reimbursement must be made according to the terms specified on the site, with reasoned complaint and copy of the invoice, within 7 days of delivery. To be reimbursed the product;

The packaging must be intact and the shipping costs are your responsibility.
Return the Product to GLAMOR HAIR PARIS within 7 days after receipt, after product expertise and only if the product is not damaged, we will credit your credit card (excluding shipping costs).

Article 8: SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES

These general conditions of sale are subject to French law. The language of this contract is French. In the event of a dispute, the French courts will be solely competent and empowered to settle them.
